Administrators of Volunteer Resources-Saskatchewan is an association that unites
administrators of volunteer resources to promote best practice support professional
development, facilitate networking and advocate for the profession and it's impact
in the province.
We are a professional organization with more than 50 members province wide
working in a varitety of program areas in the Volunteer Sector.
We work in many types of programs including:
- community health
- social service
GOALS OF AVR-SK:
- Provide leadership for administrators of volunteer resources.
- Share and promote professoinal development opportunities.
- Enhance the effectiveness of the volunteer sector through education,
- communication and collaborations.
- Create awareness of the positive contributions of the Volunteer Sector.
